Article Processing Charge

ROSE: Research on Organizational Sustainability and Employees is an open-access journal published under Zoneducation by CV Tangram. To support the cost of editorial management, peer review, publication, and long-term archiving, the journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to accepted papers.

APC Policy

• Submission Fee: Free of charge — authors are not required to pay any fee at the submission stage.

• Article Processing Charge (APC):
  Upon acceptance, authors are required to pay an APC of IDR 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand Rupiah) per article.

This fee covers:

• Editorial management and peer review process

• Digital object identifier (DOI) registration

• Copyediting, typesetting, and online hosting

• Open access availability for all readers worldwide

Waiver Policy

ROSE provides partial or full APC waivers for authors with limited funding, especially from developing countries or students. Waiver requests must be submitted during the initial submission process, with a short justification.

Payment Information

Detailed payment instructions will be provided upon article acceptance. All payments should be made only after receiving the official acceptance notification from the editorial office.

Open Access Statement

All articles published in ROSE are freely accessible immediately after publication. Authors retain the copyright of their work under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction with proper citation.
