Peer Review Process
ROSE: Research on Organizational Sustainability and Employees applies a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and integrity of the research it publishes. Every manuscript submitted to ROSE will be evaluated fairly, confidentially, and independently by qualified reviewers in the field of Human Resource Management, Organizational Studies, and Sustainability Research.
1. Review Type
ROSE uses a Double-Blind Peer Review System, meaning:

This ensures that all evaluations are free from bias related to personal or institutional factors.
2. Review Process Steps

Initial Screening
The editorial team first evaluates the submitted manuscript for scope, format, and similarity index (plagiarism check). Manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s ethical and formatting standards are returned to the author before peer review. -
Assignment to Reviewers
Manuscripts passing the initial check are assigned to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. -
Review Duration
Each reviewer is given approximately 2–4 weeks to complete their evaluation and provide constructive feedback. -
Decision Process
Based on reviewers’ comments, the Editor-in-Chief or Associate Editor makes one of the following decisions:-

Authors are required to respond to all reviewer comments and resubmit the revised manuscript within the allotted time. -
Final Decision & Copyediting
The editorial board reviews the revised version before making the final acceptance decision. Accepted papers proceed to copyediting, layout, and publication.

The entire review and publication process generally takes 6–8 weeks, depending on the reviewer’s availability and the author’s response time during revisions.
6. Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by the publisher (CV Tangram) or any external parties. The editors ensure that all manuscripts are reviewed solely on their academic merit.
