Author Guidelines
ROSE: Research on Organizational Sustainability and Employees is an international, open-access, peer-reviewed journal that welcomes high-quality manuscripts in the fields of human resource management, organizational behavior, and sustainable business practices.
These guidelines ensure a smooth review process and maintain the quality and consistency of published articles.
1. Types of Manuscripts
ROSE accepts the following manuscript types:

Original Research Articles – Empirical or theoretical studies providing new insights.

Review Articles – Comprehensive reviews synthesizing existing research.

Case Studies – In-depth analyses of organizational practices or interventions.
2. Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise English.

Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced throughout.

Include page numbers and line numbers for ease of review.

Manuscripts must include the following sections:

Title Page – Title, author names, affiliations, and corresponding author details.

Abstract – 150–250 words summarizing the study.

Keywords – 3–6 keywords representing the main topics.
-
Introduction – Context, problem statement, and research objectives.
-
Literature Review / Background – Relevant theories and prior research.
-
Methodology – Study design, participants, procedures, and analysis methods.

Results – Findings presented clearly with tables and figures if necessary.

Discussion – Interpretation of results, implications, and limitations.

Conclusion – Key takeaways and recommendations.
-
References – Follow APA 7th Edition format.

3. Figures and Tables

Figures and tables must be numbered consecutively.

Provide clear captions and source acknowledgments where applicable.

Submit images in high resolution (300 dpi) for clarity in online publication.
4. Ethical Considerations

Authors must comply with research ethics for studies involving humans or animals.

Include a Declaration of Conflict of Interest.

Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere.
5. Submission Process

Online Submission – Submit your manuscript via the ROSE Online Submission System.

Peer Review – All submissions undergo double-blind peer review.

Revision – Authors may be asked to revise their manuscript based on reviewer feedback.

Acceptance – Accepted articles proceed to copyediting, typesetting, and publication.
